No! We will bring everything we need to give you an inviting space that shines.
Will someone have to visit my home before I receive a quote?
It is not always necessary to schedule an in-home consultation for every quote. However, it is typically recommended to ensure the most accurate estimate.
Do I need to do anything ahead of my appointment time?
Where possible, we do our best to tidy any surfaces during your appointment. However, it is recommended that a quick tidy be done before we arrive so we can use every appointment minute to give you the kind of clean that we strive for.
Do I need to be home for my cleaning appointment?
You are welcome to be home for your cleaning appointment, but it is not necessary.
What if I need to cancel my appointment?
Please call or text if you do not get an answer as soon as possible. We understand that life happens. Please provide as much notice as possible. Recurring cancellations may result in us no longer being able to provide you with service.
What if my service falls on a holiday?
We will contact you a few weeks out from your appointment, to arrange a suitable reschedule.
What if there is bad weather?
In the event of bad weather, and for the safety of our team, we may need to reschedule your cleaning appointment. We appreciate your understanding and will work with you to find a new time that is convenient. Your safety and our staff’s well-being are our top priorities. Thank you for your flexibility!
